Location Manager
Location: Adams Way, Alton
Hours: 28 hours per week
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
About the role
The Location Manager role is diverse, working with different individuals daily. You will manage property matters and foster relationships with residents, ensuring the success, safety, and smooth operation of your location. Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring safety through health and safety checks and risk assessments
2. Managing communal areas and supporting residents' quality of life
3. Collaborating with property teams and contractors for property maintenance and repairs
4. Managing budgets and service charge accounts
5. Connecting residents to health and social services
6. Promoting inclusion through social events and resident involvement initiatives
7. Building resident confidence by acting on their feedback and managing expectations
8. Resolving complaints within service level agreements and keeping residents informed
