As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in matching tenants with their ideal properties while ensuring landlords receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Negotiate rental terms and conditions between landlords and tenants Manage property listings and ensure they are up-to-date across various platforms Handle inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and in-person Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements and other relevant documentation Collaborate with other team members to achieve company targets and goals Stay informed about local property market trends and rental regulations Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new landlords and tenants Maintain accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and property details Required Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of work experience in Lettings Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proficiency in customer service principles and practices Basic understanding of the lettings process and relevant legislation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required Desired Qualities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the real estate industry Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
