What the role involves:
As Yard Shift Supervisor, you will:
1. Lead and develop your team:Supervise warehouse and backyard staff, both onsite and offsite, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Provide coaching, training, and motivation, particularly during peak periods such as harvest
2. Plan daily operations:Allocate forklift and warehouse tasks, prepare operational briefings, and prioritise workloads to ensure smooth flow of raw materials
