Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Administrator / Developer
Outside IR35 | On-site 5 days per week
An established business is seeking an experienced
Salesforce Administrator/Developer
for the next phase of its Salesforce journey. The first part of the platform has been built
the focus now is working directly with one of the business owners to integrate Salesforce across additional areas of the organisation and take the system to the next level, ensuring maximum value is delivered.
Responsibilities:
Enhance and expand existing Salesforce functionality.
Design, build, and optimise solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Maintain and improve workflows, processes, and data integrity.
Ensure security and compliance best practices are applied.
Support testing, deployment, and drive user adoption.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and apply new features where beneficial.
Skills & Experience:
Proven Salesforce Admin/Developer experience with hands-on delivery.
Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Flow Builder.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware tools.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification essential (Developer II desirable).
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.

Rate: Competitive (DOE)
