Customer Service Team Member (Customer Care Team)
At SHO, we create reusable bottles, coffee cups, and food flasks designed to look great and help reduce waste. Our Customer Care Team is at the heart of what we do - making sure every interaction with SHO leaves people smiling.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering great service. You'll be chatting with customers across email and social media, solving problems, and making sure their experience with SHO is as positive as possible.
What you'll be doing:
* Responding to customers via email and social media (Facebook, Instagram etc)
* Using our ticketing software to manage queries efficiently
* Helping customers with questions, orders, and product information
* Turning problems into positive experiences
* Working closely with the team to keep things running smoothly
We're looking for someone who:
* Appreciates the impact of excellent customer service
* Has strong written communication skills
* Is comfortable working with social media platforms
* Is proactive, positive, and keen to grow their skills
* Enjoys being part of a team
The details:
Ideally, you'll be available 3–5 days a week, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 3pm. We can be flexible on days and hours for the right candidate.
