Main Responsibilities of the Receptionist role: Ensuring all clients and visitors receive a warm welcome and the highest quality service to make the best first impression possible Complete general administrative duties, including scanning, photocopying Deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times, to exceed client expectations Manage the effective communication to all ad hoc queries in a timely manner Answering incoming calls ensuring they are answered in a timely manner and transferred as efficiently as possible Organising meeting rooms and arranging catering for any on site events. Plus any other ad hoc duties while working in a busy office environment.
