Our Values WE REALLY CARE ∙ FIRST, BEST, BRAVEST ∙ OUR STRENGTH IS IN EACH OTHER STAND UP, SPEAK UP, SHOUT OUT As a Senior Consumer Data Analyst, you will shape Sweaty Betty’s consumer and commercial strategy through advanced analytics, delivering measurable business impact. Reporting into the Head of Analytics, you will play a critical role in translating strategic priorities into rigorous, actionable insights, while helping elevate analytical standards across the business. Reporting into the Head of Analytics, the Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering high impact insights that underpin Sweaty Betty’s analytics strategy. You will support roadmap delivery, help translate strategic objectives into analytical priorities, and contribute to the continuous evolution of analytics capability, standards and ways of working across the business. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will lead complex analytical initiatives end to end, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted voice in decision making across Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Customer Care and Stores teams. Key Responsibilities Drive customer and commercial strategy by partnering with senior leaders to define key business questions and deliver insight led recommendations aligned to customer needs and market opportunities Deliver commercial impact through advanced analytics including predictive modelling, lifetime value optimisation, churn prediction and customer behaviour analysis Own and evolve customer segmentation, leveraging advanced analytical techniques to predict behaviour and inform targeted experimentation and activation strategies Lead complex analytics initiatives end to end, from problem framing and methodology design through to delivery, recommendation and impact tracking Translate complex analysis into compelling narratives, confidently influencing stakeholders at all levels through clear, engaging and action oriented storytelling Partner closely with the Head of Analytics to shape analytical priorities, contribute to roadmap delivery, and support the ongoing development of the analytics function Champion analytical excellence, working with the central data team to ensure data accuracy, improve Power BI reporting, set best practice in analysis and modelling, and deepen understanding of data logic across the business Build analytical capability beyond your role, informally mentoring analysts and supporting teams to become more data - literate and insight - driven What we’re looking for Experience & Impact Demonstrated experience leading complex analytical workstreams end to end, from problem definition through to senior stakeholder decision making Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering insight that influences strategy, investment and performance outcomes Experience operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast paced, commercially driven environment Technical & Analytical Skills Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI Experience using Python for advanced analytics, modelling or automation (preferred) Ability to interrogate large, complex datasets, apply appropriate analytical techniques, and ensure analytical rigour Influence & Ways of Working Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling and clear, evidence - based recommendations Strong project leadership skills, managing complex, cross functional initiatives within commercial timelines Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability What Success Looks Like Senior stakeholders actively seek your input on key commercial and consumer decisions Your insights directly shape c onsumer strategy, experimentation priorities and performance outcomes Analytical standards, tools or ways of working are measurably stronger because of your contribution Our DEI Commitment We are working to create a culture and team that represents our mission of empowerment.
