European Head Office of International Wellness Company are looking for an Event Coordinator to join their Milton Keynes team.\n\nPLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE BASED IN MILTON KEYNES, 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE, 3 DAYS HOME.\n\nWork with event owners to plan and execute event logistics for events across EUROPEAN markets. Create strong working relationships with venues and third-party partners to help bring the events to life. Organise staff activities.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\nTo plan and execute tour events for Europe ensuring expansion strategy across Europe is supported\n\n * \n\n * Liaise with Market Development Managers on their plans for events in their regions of responsibilities\n\n * Working closely with Wellness Advocates to plan and execute corporate sponsored events throughout Europe.\n\n * Coordinating event plans to support the Market Development Managers for conferences and meetings including liaising with suppliers, notifying internal teams, collating Marketing/Events collateral and adhering to deadlines\n\n * Work closely with all departments in order to facilitate a successful event.\n\n * Researching venues for potential events and for any other requirement\n\n * Assisting the team across a variety of events and marketing activities\n\n * Helping the team to set up and execute events from 50 - 11,000 + attendees, across 29 countries in Europe on-site and representing the company\n\n * Responsible for various large event assignments.\n\n * General project management and administrative responsibility including venue booking, speaker liaison, travel and delegate management\n\n * A variety of event admin support including, data entry, spreadsheet management\n\n and general admin support\n\n * Providing general day-to-day event support to the Senior Events Coordinator\n\n Qualifications and Experience\n\n * Strong communication, attention to detail, organising and planning skills.\n\n * Ability to use initiative, demonstrate confidence and assertiveness when dealing with issues\n\n * Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgement/ problem solving skills when making decisions around event organisation and management\n\n * Ability to take responsibility for tasks and see things through to the end\n\n * Ability to work effectively as part of a team\n\n * Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility and a willingness to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends\n\n * Ability to learn new systems and processes\n\n * Intermediate level IT skills, especially in Excel, Word and Power Point\n\n * Works well under pressure and tight deadlines\n\n * Proactive, positive 'can do’ approach to tasks\n\n * A good sense of humour
