Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join a high-profile programme in Newbury. The role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within a sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across key modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM)
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Configure workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
* Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure solutions align with best practices, governance, and security standards
* Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end users
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
* Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and platform customisation
* Integration experience with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in secure or government environments is highly desirable
Essential Requirements
* Active DV Clearance (non-negotiable)
* Eligible to work on-site in Newbury
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in agile or fast-paced delivery environments
Desirable
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS modules)
* Experience with SecOps or GRC modules
* Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
