Music Licensing & Image Rights Coordinator

Job Purpose
Working closely with the Music Rights Manager & Design Teams, you will assist on a variety of Burberry’s rights and licensing activity across our Design Teams and Marketing departments. With an emphasis on image rights, the role would cover a wide range of projects across the business such as campaign content, product designs and music licensing.
Responsibilities
* Basic admin tasks, researching rights, building decks; filing music and image licensing agreements
* Building comprehensive trackers of image rights statuses for our design teams to access
* Coordinating signatures on deal memos, non-disclosure agreements and long form contracts
* Keeping across store music playlist requests and liasing with our instore music provider on timings and content requirements throughout our regions
* Learn to register and onboard new vendors with the support of our legal and procurement departments
* Liaising with our music licencing agency and legal department on project briefs that require commercial music licensing
* Manage and support our relationships with established image libraries such as getty, alamy, shutterstock and bridgeman images
* Point person for all image rights and licensing requests across our relevant design and marketing departments
* Raising purchase orders and keeping track of invoices from vendors
