Hours of Work
Evening and weekend hours to be discussed with the family.
Rate of Pay
£13.50 per hour.
Essential
* Drive to and from outdoor activities such as swimming, rock climbing, parkour, skating, surfing, mountain boarding, biking and scooter rides.
* Provide constant supervision to ensure safety while outdoors.
* Have first‑aid training and knowledge of safe restraint.
* Be energetic, adventurous and have a good sense of humour.
* Be dependable, arrive on time and be adaptable/flexible to changing plans.
* Maintain privacy and confidentiality.
* Have business insurance on the car used for client transport.
Desirable
* Non‑smoker.
* Enjoys exercise and outdoor activities.
* Calm, confident, mature, patient, friendly and easy‑going.
* Can cook meals if needed.
* Able to set clear boundaries and enforce them consistently.
Additional Support
Support with going out in the community.
Probation & DBS
A six‑month probationary period will apply. A DBS check is required prior to commencement; eligible applicants will have DBS costs met by Swansea Council.
