As a Business Development Executive, you will developing new business and building your own pipeline

Responsibilities
* Bringing in new clients across events, exhibitions, brand activations, and live experiences
* Selling a mix of event solutions including ticket scanning, staffing, tech, equipment hire, and photo/guest experience services
* Building and managing a pipeline, developing relationships from initial conversation to end
* Working closely with internal teams to make sure everything sold is delivered smoothly
* Managing key accounts and turning projects into long-term partnerships and repeat business
* Supporting agency pitches and projects with input on logistics, staffing and timelines
Qualifications
* Solid experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within events or similar
* Confident building relationships and winning new business
* Comfortable taking a consultative approach - understanding needs and shaping solutions
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Organised, proactive, and good at managing your own pipeline
* Open to travel for meetings, events, and site visits
