What You'll Do: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Engineering Director and the wider engineering team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the Director's email inbox and ensuring effective communication. Overseeing the London office space and liaising with the landlord. Handling project administrative tasks, including requesting new project numbers and managing files. Tracking fee enquiry requests and managing project placements. Recording delivery dates and issuing early warnings for upcoming deadlines. Assisting with staff recruitment and taking minutes during team meetings. Coordinating with engineering and accounts teams for bi-monthly invoicing. Providing general support to the Director in their day-to-day activities. Assisting with calendar management for the Director. What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills/experience: Previous experience in a similar role and experience in a project driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and time management capabilities A proactive and helpful approach to tasks Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects efficiently Previous experience in the engineering or construction industry is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
