Commercial Market Access Specialist – CNS Portfolio
We’re seeking a Commercial Market Access Specialist to drive access strategies across three transformative pillars: leading the product launch of a life-changing medical device, a recently launched pharmaceutical product, and a diverse generics portfolio.
You’ll be at the forefront of our UK market access strategy, ensuring our products reach the patients who need them most. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, medical, and commercial teams, and be the key interface with NHS stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead market access initiatives across ICBs and ICSs, building strong relationships and securing optimal access.
* Develop and execute local access strategies tailored to regional NHS structures.
* Collaborate with sales teams to align access goals with commercial objectives.
* Support pricing, reimbursement, and health economic submissions.
* Monitor policy changes and NHS reforms to proactively adapt strategy.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience engaging directly with ICBs and ICSs.
* Strong understanding of NHS commissioning pathways and funding flows.
* A commercial mindset with a solid background in sales or key account management.
