Provide accurate quotations and guide customers through the process and in selecting the right unit size and solution to meet their needs. Complete Customer Agreements and process payments efficiently and securely. Schedule and coordinate viewings for potential customers. Maintain accurate CRM records and administrative documentation. Follow-up on overdue payments and support the resolution of outstanding balances. Support facility standards through light cleaning and maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment. Provide hands-on assistance to customers when required, ensuring a positive experience. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey. What Were Looking For in oue Customer Services Advisor Essential Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer service or sales role,ideally telephone based (self-storage experience highly desirable). Excellent customer services skills, with a strong desire to 'wow' the customer and alwaysoffer a truly world class service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear spoken English. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
