Role Overview

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all core Cost Management services on a number of interesting projects while acting as main client liaison as well as providing support to the existing team in the delivery of projects.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage property and business support issues in the Region, promoting efficiency, effectiveness and best practice.
* Control the budget for property and infrastructure in the Region.
* Promote the use and continuous improvement of Intelligence, carry out local QA and H&S audits within the Region to ensure conformance.
* Participate in the development of Rider Levett Bucknall strategy.
* Operational management, responsible for ongoing revenue, costs and profit and delivering annual and medium-term business plans.
* Resource planning - establish and maintaining adequate resources to deliver customer satisfaction profitably.
* Take responsibility for all aspects of the delivery of projects. Be aware of our technical performance on projects, regularly review projects with staff and customers.
* Keep up to date with current thinking and best practice within your discipline.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
* MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body.
Experience
* Strong experience in Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation or Healthcare.
* Strong technical delivery experience.
* Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client.
* Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
