This is a hands-on leadership role for a ticketing expert who wants to shape strategy, lead brilliant people and deliver seamless, world-class ticketing operations across multiple venues and events.
What you will be doing:
* Owning the end-to-end ticket operations strategy, turning plans into flawless delivery across all venues and events
* Leading and developing the Ticket Operations team, setting standards and building capability
* Managing complex ticketing systems and technologies, from manifests and mobile ticketing to access control
* Working cross-functionally to maximise ticket sales, attendance and customer experience
What we’re looking for:
* A leader with strong experience in ticketing, event operations or large-scale live environments
* Someone confident to manage systems, processes, suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Someone that is detail-orientated with a passion for creating great customer experiences
