As a Professional Services Configuration Specialist Consultant, you will be configuring HCM software for our customers using specifications produced by implementation consultants including support to other software via integration. You will implement software with minimal guidance or supervision. You will hold meetings with clients, identified requirements, and translated them to software solutions. Hybrid - 3 days in our Newcastle office (global headquarters) Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Uploading templates and troubleshooting errors - Monitor and manage development tickets, as needed - System Setup based on directed guidance - Parallel Testing Review & Analysis - Custom App/Integration Configuration & Testing - Custom Reports Creation & testing - Validation of delivered items - Specification write-ups for ISBs and new integrations - R&D resolution & assistance on ISB and identified bugs.
