Business Readiness Lead
Location: Eastleigh or Norwich
Salary: Norwich or Eastleigh circa £75,000 / London circa £85,000

This role might suit someone with experience leading large-scale business readiness plans, particularly within Financial Services. You may be ready for a step up into a strategic leadership role, or already an expert in transformation delivery looking to make a meaningful impact. Experience working with strategic partners and multi-vendor environments will be valuable, as will a deep understanding of business operating models and systems.
A bit about the job:
This role provides strategic leadership for Business Readiness across a major transformation programme within Group CIO. You'll lead readiness workstreams across UK and Ireland markets, ensuring the business is fully prepared to land change events without disruption. You'll be accountable for developing and implementing readiness strategies, frameworks, and governance, while driving proactive planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the programme and the protection of Aviva's customer service standards.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Proven experience leading large-scale business readiness and transformation initiatives.
* Skilled in managing strategic partners, third-party suppliers, and multi-vendor delivery models.
* Strong background in Financial Services, particularly Insurance or Banking.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills within regulated environments.
* Proactive in identifying and mitigating delivery and business outcome risks.

* Starting salary Norwich or Eastleigh circa £75,000 / London circa £85,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
