Inspired by one of the worlds most renowned names in gastronomy, this boutique will offer a refined, immersive experience celebrating bean-to-bar chocolate and the artistry of French patisserie.
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join the pre-opening team and help shape an iconic culinary destination.
The Offer
Basic Salary: SAR 10,000 / month
Housing Allowance: SAR 3,333 / month
Transportation Allowance: SAR 1,000 / month
Total Package: SAR 14,333 / month

About the Role As Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the pastry and chocolate production, ensuring excellence in every aspect from beautifully crafted bonbons to elegant plated desserts. You will oversee a team of talented pastry chefs and chocolatiers, fostering creativity, consistency, and technical precision in a high-profile, luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily pastry and chocolate production with uncompromising quality standards
Developing innovative seasonal desserts, chocolate creations, and boutique products
Leading, mentoring, and training the pastry and chocolate team
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu design, production schedules, and cost control
Ideal Candidate Profile Background in high-end pastry or chocolate (French patisserie or bean-to-bar chocolate preferred)
Experience working with luxury, artisanal brands or fine chocolate houses
Strong leadership and team development skills
Fluent in English or French
Willingness to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Passion for craftsmanship, authenticity, and innovation
