The Role
As F&B Manager, you''ll work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, and associated outlets. You will be instrumental in driving both service excellence and commercial performance - balancing revenue growth with strong cost control to deliver a consistently profitable operation throughout the year.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
* Maintain and improve operational standards across all departments in line with company targets.
* Develop a culture of genuine guest engagement, ensuring every guest leaves with lasting positive memories.
* Oversee stock management, ordering, and rotation for beverages, including wine, cocktails, and bar lists.
* Support menu development and assist with food and beverage promotions.
* Manage budgets effectively, working with the finance team to maximise profitability.
* Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, licensing laws, and health & safety requirements.
* Foster an inclusive, engaging, and fun working environment for the team.
About You
* Proven experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality management (minimum 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role).
* Strong operational knowledge with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise under pressure.
