Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have a background in administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient data management within the organisation. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms while adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and update data into the company database and other relevant systems
* Maintain organised records of all data entries and ensure data integrity
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
* Assist with administrative tasks as required, including managing correspondence and phone calls
* Input invoicing onto SAGE 50
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or colleagues
* Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency
Experience
* Previous office experience is preffered, with a focus on data entry or clerical roles
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
* Experience with SAGE is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry
* Demonstrated administrative experience, showcasing attention to detail and reliability
Hours are flexible Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. School schedules can we worked around.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
