About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager you will be joining a proactive international team located on multiple sites throughout Europe, offering Shop Floor Digital solutions. You can see the tangible difference your role makes as the shop floor and satellites will be onsite.
How You Will Contribute
* Support and champion a MES that has thousands of users and is instrumental in Satellites being created; contribution to delivery and deployment of new projects
* Ensure delivered services meet or exceed agreed customer requirements
* Monitor service performance and improvement
* Manage the support team that monitors, reports and fulfils the SLAs
* Manage maintenance cost allocation together with the business
About You
* Experience with ONE MES and interested in learning about DELMIA Apriso MES: Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform, Proficy Smart Factory MES, Opcenter Execution, Infor MES, Tulip Platform, Solumina MES, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, SAP Manufacturing Execution, MES Delmia APRISO from Dassault
* Deep technical expertise of MES systems and how they interact with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance
* Passionate about championing MES to Business, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure
* Enjoys tackling bugs, outages and proactively identifying issues before they become fire‑fighting issues
