Responsibilities:
* Recruit ancillary and individual providers by negotiating contract terms and rates to secure direct agreements with client in targeted market areas as required by business needs
* Draft and review contract proposals and respond to contract requests
* Make/oversee targeted calls to providers
* Obtain and maintain required documentation from providers
* Manage the credentialing process and track audits of large medical groups and independent physician associations
* Communicate with providers on a regular basis to answer any questions or concerns as well as to provide strong provider relations
* Perform analysis of the provider network to identify deficiencies in required specialties and/or geographies for existing/prospective customers
* Oversee ancillary and direct contract network development and maintenance
* Meet productivity and performance standards on a continuous basis
