The role of Weddings & Special Events Co‑ordinator is
Full‑time working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for show rounds, key planning meetings or weekend attendance to see through the magic moments on the big day itself.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a wedding or events coordination role, ideally in a hotel or venue environment.
* Warm, confident communication skills — with guests, colleagues and suppliers.
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm when timelines tighten.
* A collaborative approach and the ability to build fast, positive rapport.
* A genuine passion for delivering thoughtful, high‑quality, memorable guest experiences.
