Hire Desk Controller - Stoke-on-Trent
Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week

The Hire Desk Controller, based in the depot, plays a vital role in sales and customer service. The role involves relationship building, coordinating the hire process from order to delivery and collection, and liaising with depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Daily responsibilities include working at the desk, collaborating with other departments, and communicating with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A valid driving license
* Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational roles
