Overview
This role will oversee and ensure accurate setup and maintenance of product and supplier data across Superdrug, Savers & AS Watson Group businesses in our ERP systems. The role will be required to work closely with other functions (i.e. Commercial, IT, Supply Chain, Property and Procurement functions) to promote and ensure data accuracy and integrity and adherence to A.S. Watson Group data policy.
A typical day in this role includes: Complexity Management - prioritising own workload in support of business requirements, contributing to problem solving, offering solutions based upon process knowledge, with an understanding of the impact of business integration and master data activities on business operations, and a mindset to always exceed customer\'s expectations. Maintaining product and supplier data, supporting the scheduling of periodic updates. Validating data once it enters the environment to ensure that business rules and quality standards are met, including that the data is fit for purpose when being used downstream by other application groups. Supporting the compliance against data business rules: ensuring that all documentation meets the standards which include the identification of how the information is being used and by who. Information sources: validating the legitimacy of the information sources, whether these are internal data providers or external data providers. Prioritising issues as appropriate and in full communication with stakeholders who may be impacted and with those responsible for remediation. Data quality standards: help support the development of data quality standards applied to the data sets that are both used and produced. Supporting the continual development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency. Other adhoc activities as directed.

What you\'ll need
* To be a quick learner who can work to a deadline
* Data-driven attention to detail
* Good Excel skills and competent with ERP system, preferably Oracle
* High level of customer service awareness, experience of working in a shared service environment would be ideal

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
