Resident Liaison Officer (Warm Homes Wave 3)
The post requires someone who is an excellent communicator and able to engage with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders and residents. As a key part of the role is building trust and a rapport with residents, the candidate must also be capable of following procedures and being firm but fair.
Your role
The post holder will be dealing with the public in difficult situations, use software systems in day‑to‑day duties, and liaise with other partners and agencies. The role requires capability to communicate with a wide variety of tenants, at times in demanding circumstances, and to establish effective working relationships across the community.
What You Will Need
• Communication skills that enable engagement with a diverse set of residents and stakeholders
• Ability to handle demanding situations with professionalism and firmness
• Competence in using software systems for day‑to‑day duties
• Liaison skills when working with partner organisations and agencies
• Full UK driving licence and a vehicle to travel to tenants’ homes on a weekly basis
