The Role
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
* Deliver small-group interventions and provide 1:1 support where required
* Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials
* Assist students with SEND or additional learning needs
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Contribute to whole-school literacy and numeracy initiatives
Working collaboratively within the department, the Teaching Assistant will play a key role in ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately.
The Ideal Candidate
