ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east, and ship directly to our customers via ARNEclo.com. Recently, we have expanded our availability through Selfridges, both in-store and online.
Our ambitious goals for the next decade include launching new product categories in shoes and womenswear, creating paid media and CRM activities, and expanding internationally to strengthen our brand.
Reporting to our Head of Design & Buying, you will lead the design and development of new products across all ranges and work on new category launches. As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Design and Buying Manager and the Co-Founder to maintain and develop our brand identity, while leading the design team.

Requirements
* Support the creative direction and design aesthetic for all product ranges alongside the Head of Design & Buying and Co-Founder.
* Improve product quality to ensure customer satisfaction, working with the Head of Garment Tech & QC.
* Develop new product ranges aligned with the brand identity and market trends.
* Research and analyze current market trends to keep designs relevant.
* Manage and develop the current Designer & Junior Designer.
* Coordinate with logistics and product development teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
* Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the wider team and external manufacturers.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential Experience and Skills
* Focus on womenswear, with some menswear experience preferred.
* Ability to design across multiple product categories.
* Strong knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and industry developments.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Experience managing a team.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
