Holiday Service Manager - Malvern View Holiday Park - Stanford Bishop, Worcester
Contracted Hours: Full Time

Hours Per Week: 43
Salary/Rate of Pay: £27,000 per annum
The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
1. To manage a budget for the Holiday Sales department, and to monitor and maintain effective control.
2. To ensure that the operation meets the legal requirements, such as gas safety certificates and portable appliance testing certificates.
3. Prepare and meet annual operating profit targets.
4. Closely control all Park expenditure within your department.
5. Maximise occupancy of holiday hire fleet.
6. Ensure that records are kept on each Holiday Home, such as records of carbon monoxide alarms and smoke alarms.
7. To identify possible opportunities to move your department forward.
8. To set up and maintain a reliable and efficient system to deal with all correspondence and matters.
9. To monitor the standards of work of all cleaners within own area of work, ensuring work is to the agreed operating standards.
10. Ensure chalets/Holiday Homes have keys all counted for.
11. To operate a cash point and control monies and reception safe
12. To complete all Welcome Packs with corresponding programmes, membership cards etc.
The Candidate
The successful candidate should possess:
13. Good PC skills including knowledge of Excel.
14. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
15. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
16. A professional and outgoing personality
17. A clear understanding of and ability to maintain Company confidentiality at all times.
18. The ability to work under own initiative.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
20. Previous experience is preferred.
