Job Title: KS4 Teaching Assistant
Location: Dudley
Tradewind Recruitment seeks a KS4 Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Dudley, with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and development, possess effective communication skills, and have a firm grasp of educational principles.
Responsibilities
* Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Provide individual and small group assistance to students during learning sessions.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Assist students with additional needs, including those with special educational requirements.
* Participate in the preparation and organisation of learning materials.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
