Chef de Partie
Salary: £35,775 OTE (base salary (£31,775) + projected gratuities)
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, including some weekends 0700-1630

What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Supporting food production across deli counters, restaurant service, and delivery operations
* Assisting with bespoke menu creation for private events
* Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
* Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
* Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
* Ensuring your section is fully prepared with strong mise en place
* Sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members
