Job Summary
An exciting opportunity for a 12‑month fixed‑term / secondment for a full‑time Band 7 Operational Lead within the Specialist Business Unit. The role covers a diverse portfolio of services, including the Community Cardiac Service, Community Intravenous Administration Service (CIVAS), Homeless Health Inclusion Team (HHIT), Respiratory Service, and TB Service.
Responsibilities
* Provide effective operational management and leadership across the portfolio of services.
* Work closely with the Operational Head of Service and clinical teams to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
* Manage people, including attendance tracking, recruitment, induction, workforce development, and capacity/demand management.
* Support organisational change and foster a positive team culture.
* Respond effectively to changing priorities and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in people management, including attendance management, recruitment, induction, workforce development, capacity and demand management, and supporting organisational change.
* Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working.
* Clear interest in service development and fostering a positive team culture.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday 08:30‑16:30.
* Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship available).

Position Details
Band 7, Salary £49,387 – £56,515 per year. Fixed‑term, 12 months, full time. Location: Chapeltown Health Centre, Spencer Place, Leeds, LS7 4BB, United Kingdom.
