SEN Teaching Assistant — Start Date: ASAP. Location: Tower Hamlets. Full-time. Salary: £105 - £115 per day, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
* Support pupils\' learning in 1:1 or small group settings.
* Assist teachers with planning, resources, and differentiated activities.
* Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and social skills.
* Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support individual pupil needs.
Qualifications / Experience
* Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
* Strong communication skills, patience, and a supportive approach
