Job Description
This role sits within our growing Programme Solutions team, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and complex programmes through data, reporting and analytics. It involves working alongside project managers, engineers and PMO teams to ensure project data is accurate, structured and accessible, providing clear insight into performance and supporting effective decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Support the development of clear, insightful reporting using tools such as Power BI and Excel
* Transform data from multiple sources into structured, usable formats
* Contribute to integrated reporting across cost, schedule, risk and performance
* Maintain key PMO datasets including risk, issue, action and performance logs
* Support programme and project governance reporting cycles
* Work with project teams to improve data quality, consistency and reporting processes
* Contribute to the development of more efficient, automated reporting approaches
Qualifications
* Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in data analytics, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline
Skills & Experience
* Experience working with data and interpreting datasets
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
* Ability to structure and present data clearly and concisely
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Experience working in a project, programme or PMO environment (desirable).
