Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Family Court Adviser (FCA) to join Cafcass within the Work Towards First Hearing (WTFH), Public and Private Law teams. Family Court Adviser - WTFH (Public & Private Law) Rate: £37.75 p/h Umbrella Duties and Responsibilities: * Undertake early safeguarding enquiries and provide child protection advice to the Court. * Visit children and families and complete high-quality assessments within court timescales. * Prepare analytical reports to inform the Court on the needs and best interests of the child. * Provide clear recommendations in both Public and Private Law proceedings. * Liaise effectively with local authorities and partner agencies to ensure safeguarding information is robust and timely. * Manage a caseload in line with court-directed deadlines and national standards.
