An exciting opportunity to join the school nursing immunisation team as a support worker.
The post involves supporting the delivery of the National Immunisation Schedule for children. After supervision and training, the support worker will also arrange and carry out vision screening for reception year children and participate in the Child Measurement programme surveillance.
The successful candidate will be based at Ysbyty Penrhos Stanley, mainly covering the Anglesey area, with support across Anglesey and Gwynedd as needed.
