Lifeguard – Hull Wellbeing & Fitness Centre (Pool – Bank, Ad hoc)
Hourly rate: £12.84 per hour.
Banked hours: you will work on an ad‑hoc basis, with no set number of hours per week, but in accordance with business needs and your availability.
Requirements: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and up‑to‑date training records, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new skills, strong customer‑care focus and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy while using the swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
- Welcome members warmly and provide efficient service.
- Maintain attentiveness and alertness at all times.
- Engage members to make them feel valued and supported.
- Pay close attention to safety and respond promptly to any incidents.
