About the Role
CAMHS Professionals is recruiting experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join a bank of professionals supporting children's care homes across Surrey, on behalf of a local authority client.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be providing hands-on support to children and young people with complex care needs in residential settings. This includes working with young people with learning difficulties and those with complex mental health needs, supporting them to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in children's residential care — essential
* Experience supporting children and young people with complex mental health needs — essential
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* A patient, trauma-informed approach to care
* Flexibility to cover varied shifts
Location
Surrey. You will work across residential care homes operated within the local authority area.
How It Works
Each week, we'll be in touch to take your availability. Once the client confirms available shifts, we'll match you and confirm your bookings — keeping things as simple and flexible as possible.
