About the RoleWe are working closely with a number of primary schools across Oldham who are keen to wee enthusiastic,mitted and skilled Primary Instructors (Unqualified Teachers).
This role is ideal for trainee teachers who:
1. Havepleted their final assessed placement
2. Are currently finishing their dissertation
3. Are confident delivering pre‑planned lessons
4. Want to strengthen classroom experience before entering their ECT year
As a Primary Instructor, you will:
5. Lead pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
6. Maintain a calm, engaging and positive learning environment
7. Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
8. Work flexibly across different Oldham primary schools
9. Gain meaningful, paid classroom experience to enhance your teaching profile
