Looking for a rewarding role where you can change lives and have some fun along the way? Join our friendly team in Warrington as a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Support Worker.

You don't need to have prior experience - what truly matters is your kindness, your curiosity, and your genuine desire to learn. We're here to support you every step of the way with a comprehensive induction and continuous training, so you can feel confident and excited to make a real difference. If you're interested in helping people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live life to the fullest, we'd love to hear from you.

Meet the people you'll be supporting:

You will be supporting three fabulous gentlemen who love spending time together and are firm friends. They are sociable, good-humoured and get on really well with each other, whether that's heading out to the local pub, enjoying a meal at their favourite restaurant, tending to the garden, or working on a jigsaw at home. They also enjoy getting out for a drive and exploring new places, so your

You'll support people in their day-to-day lives, which could include helping out with morning routines like using the bathroom and getting ready, planning fun activities, cooking together, or supporting with appointments and errands. You'll also need to be a clear communicator who can offer reassurance and encouragement when it's needed.

You'll work a mixture of early & evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. This role includes occasional sleep-in shifts, where you stay overnight to offer support if needed. These are paid at £60 per night.

What we're looking for: Someone who's caring, open and up for learning new things A full UK manual driving licence A team player who values inclusion and celebrates individuality

You'll also get access to great benefits including the Blue Light discount card, generous holiday allowance, and full training and support from day one.
