Were looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-focused individual to join our client in their friendly and fast-paced team. This is a varied and vital role supporting customer service, order processing, and dispatch coordination. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a similar sales administration coordinator type role, where you are passionate about giving a good customer services, but equally comfortable with Administration, organisational skills and prioritising your work.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
1. Manage a shared inbox, handling quotes, orders, and general enquiries.
2. Process customer orders accurately and follow them through from receipt to dispatch.
3. Prepare and send order-related paperwork to customers.
4. Save and manage documents within internal systems.
5. Refer technical queries to appropriate departments.
6. Log complaints and escalate where necessary.
7. Take customer payments and liaise with accounts on BACS transactions.
