Duties
The Sales Supervisors will be supporting the delivery of their strategic priorities and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the support of the Business/Team. Has the responsibility of overseeing the daily sales operations of the business.
Manage all procurement transactions including the administration of orders, deliveries, logistics and complaints. Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales. Manage and maintain relationships with the sales team.
Be a key contact point for internal and external customers, building strong and efficient business relationships across all markets.
Find ways to improve the sales. This role will involve working with colleagues and teams in different areas of our business.
Providing support and direction to staff and deciding on the improvement strategies that may be employed in the promotion of the business. Organizing and controlling the flow of goods and supervising the duties of the staff.
Skills and Qualifications
Should be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent vocational qualification in sales support and marketing or another relevant field, or if not a degree holder then be able to demonstrate relevant equivalent experience.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate within and influence others effectively at all levels within the team and with outside organisations. Ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
Demonstrable experience of effective leadership coupled with the ability to be innovative and plan and implement change within an organisation.
Timing & Location
Our shift patterns run from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
Business timings are Monday to Saturday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm & Sunday 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.
