ROLE: Vehicle Technician LOCATION: Leicester SALARY: 35k basic, 44k ote overtime benefits HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00 Flame Recruitment is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join our clients main dealership in Leicester. As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll safely prepare our customers’ cars for the road ahead. You’ll care about every detail and take pride in doing a meticulous job. Above all, you’ll want to be part of a capable, motivated team who feel the same way. DUTIES: • Perform maintenance, repairs and / or diagnostics on a full range of passenger cars. • Maximising efficiency, while always maintaining company and industry standards and benchmarks. • Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the manufacturers repair methods. • Utilise Company and VAG systems to record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out. • Providing your colleagues and our customers with highly detailed explanations of work required, or work carried out. Through face to face and video communications. • Expand your knowledge through the completion of training modules, as required to ensure your knowledge and understanding of the product is maintained to the required level. • To show respect to your colleagues and maintain your work area to company standards, ensure an excellent and safe work environment.
