As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives revenue, enhances brand visibility, and elevates our guest experience. Your detailed responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning & Brand Management:
Develop, implement, and measure the success of an annual integrated marketing and communications plan that supports our strategic objectives for the restaurant(s) and any other revenue-generating outlets.
Act as the primary brand guardian, ensuring all marketing collateral, communications, and guest-facing materials are consistent with our brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and customer segmentation, to identify new opportunities and threats.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
Manage and optimize our digital footprint, including the company website (SEO/SEM), social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and third-party listings.
Design and execute sophisticated email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, promotional newsletters, and segmented guest communications to drive direct bookings and repeat business.
Oversee a dynamic social media strategy, including content calendar creation, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and management of paid social advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
Proactively manage our online reputation across all review platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, Yelp), responding to guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation & Public Relations:
Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content (video, photography, and copywriting) that tells our brand story and showcases our unique offerings.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and national media, travel writers, and industry influencers to secure positive press coverage.
Write and distribute press releases for new openings, events, and significant company announcements.
Partnerships, Events & Local Marketing:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and community partners to create mutually beneficial promotional opportunities.
Conceptualise, promote, and execute on-site events, promotions, and packages designed to drive foot traffic and ancillary revenue.
Analytics, Budgeting & Reporting:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, providing detailed monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, web analytics, and ROI.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring all activities are delivered within agreed-upon financial parameters.
Utilise data to make informed decisions and pivot strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
