* Ensuring processes, procedures, and standards are clearly documented and followed
* Keeping abreast of industry trends, technologies, and opportunities
What they're looking for
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality mechanical design, ideally in a regulated environment
* Strong experience with configuration management, PLM/PDM systems, and change control
* Background in manufacturing or engineering, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience
* Confident leader who can line-manage, coach, and develop engineering teams
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and using modern collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams)
* Organised, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a pragmatic problem-solving mindset

They are offering up to £70,000, alongside a 12% bonus, a strong pension scheme and private medical.
