The Role
As a Client Service Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of customer service. Collaborating closely with our internal team of estimators and under the guidance of our Operations Director, you’ll have the chance to interact with our diverse client portfolio, comprising thousands of clients. Your self‑motivation, organisational skills, and collaborative mindset will be essential as you navigate this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients.
* Performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
* Supporting our Operations Director and Managing Director as needed.
* Utilising Microsoft Office to create and proofread documents.
* Handling incoming inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
* Assisting colleagues and our accounts team with general support tasks.
