Regulatory Innovation Lead – Northern Europe (Maternity cover until January 2027)
Are you interested in a highly-visible regulatory affairs role, in Northern Europe, that allows you to drive strategy and shape integrated regulatory development across portfolios? If so, this Regulatory Innovation Lead could be an ideal opportunity to explore.
This is a critical role within our innovation team. As a Regulatory Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of regulatory strategy across the Northern Europe region, working as a part of our innovation and cluster leads.
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
* Ensure cross portfolio aligned regulatory strategy to assure timely approvals for submissions
* Provide advice on UK & EU activities and ways of working, processes as mentor or coach; in this role, provide support, as needed, for meetings/teleconferences with regulatory agencies within Northern Europe
* Ensure that regional strategic input is provided into Regulatory Affairs project strategy and escalation as appropriate.
* Work closely with multi functional team to deliver against business strategy & targets
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Substantial experience in Regulatory Affairs
* Experience in managing teams and leading in a matrix organization
* Experience with EU regulatory environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or similar discipline
* Experience at a large global pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare company
* Experience leading global teams
* Excellent interpersonal and Project Management skills
