The Role
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time, while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy to manage your workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Process monthly payroll across the organisation
* Calculate salaries, overtime, and statutory deductions (PAYE, NI, pensions)
* Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
* Respond to payroll queries with professionalism and care
* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation
* Support reporting and audit processes
About You
* Experience in payroll, finance, or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
* Good understanding of UK payroll processes
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* A team player who values a positive working environment
